ROLE OVERVIEW
This is a hands-on internship that goes well beyond routine bookkeeping. You will work directly with the senior management team and get exposure across both core finance operations and strategic finance — giving you a rare combination of depth and breadth early in your career.
WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
- Finance Operations: Monthly book closure process (MIS)
- Compliance: GST and TDS matters (select areas)
- Strategic Finance: ESOP structuring, M&A support, fundraise execution, and cap table management
- Governance: Secretarial compliance (select areas)
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- B.Com or MBA graduate (or in final year of the programme)
- Basic working knowledge of Tally
- Curious, eager to learn, and comfortable taking ownership
- Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
WHAT YOU'LL GAIN
