The Opportunity
We’re looking to add an experienced Corporate Lawyer to our Lancashire team.
You’ll gain exposure to:
- A strong pipeline of mid-market and SME transactions
- Owner-managed businesses, SME and large corporates, and private equity-backed clients
- Meaningful involvement across the full deal lifecycle in a supportive environment supervised by some of the regions leading dealmakers

Our Corporate team are known for delivering high-quality, commercially focused advice and for building integrated relationships with intermediaries and clients to drive successful outcomes. This is a great genuine opportunity to learn from and work alongside one of the most respected corporate law teams in the region, gaining exposure that will accelerate your development.
