Job Description

Auto-Owners Insurance, a top-rated insurance carrier, is seeking a motivated Corporate Real Estate Intern - Summer 2027 to join our team. The position requires the following, but is not limited to:

  • Work with commercial leases, operating costs and related correspondence.

  • Analyze property management issues, review proposals, coordinate service/maintenance work and process invoices.

  • Communicate with branch associates, contractors and management to carry out repairs and routine maintenance.

  • Work with other departments in Auto-Owners real estate division, including facilities, security, and contract management.

  • Assist in non-construction projects within the real estate division as needed.

Qualifications

  • Students should be enrolled and entering their junior or senior year in college. A major in facilities management, finance or real estate is preferred.

Rate of Pay
