  • Fully available from Monday - Friday for the duration of the internship, 40 hours each week

About the Role & Program:

As part of the Talent Connection Marketing team, you will collaborate with dedicated individuals working with the recruitment organization to attract and engage top talent to a Company known for crafting magical experiences for people of all ages. This internship is a full-time, six-month commitment in the Orlando, Florida area from January 2027 - June 2027.

What You Will Do:

The intern will apply outstanding design skills to help produce solutions that meet the challenges of our clients while ensuring the integrity of the Disney brand standards. As we seek to amplify our recruitment marketing and evolving business goals and initiatives, you will develop assets for campaign executions across various media environments; including print, digital/web, and social platforms from large-scale campaigns to banner ads and everything in between.

On any given day you might:

Eligibility Requirements & Program Information:

  • Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program AND returning to school the semester/quarter following the internship OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship ​
  • Be at least 18 years of age​
  • Possess unrestricted work authorization​
  • Have not completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or Disney College Program

Additional Information:

  • The approximate dates of this internship are January 2027 – June 2027
  • Fully available from Monday - Friday for the duration of the internship, 40 hours each week
  • Able to provide own housing and transportation for the duration internship program​ in the Orlando, FL area

The pay rate for this role in Orlando, FL is $23.00 per hour.
