  • Lead moderately complex profit and loss (P&L) initiatives related to business product and customer performance, marketing outcomes, or operational efficiency while demonstrating end-to-end ownership through ideation, design, execution, and measurement
  • Develop business cases that require in-depth evaluation of a variety of product variables, trade-offs, and measurable outcomes across multiple domains including marketing acquisition, credit risk, and product strategy
  • Identify and design creative solutions to moderately complex and ambiguous business problems based on data modeling of product and customer insights using hypothesis-driven approaches
  • Build end to end economic models and test plans to support product decisions incorporating revenue, cost, margin impacts, and marketing investment prioritization
  • Apply understanding of product variables, features and competitor insights to inform experience design and go-to-market optimization
  • Monitor post-launch performance and assess impacts to profit and loss, customer experience, and risk posture, recommending course corrections based on results
  • Collaborate and consult with a variety of stakeholders across marketing acquisition, finance, analytics, risk, product delivery, technology, and operations and prepare executive-ready recommendations
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and support in reviewing deliverables for less experienced analysts

In this role, you will:

Pay Range
 


Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
$100,000.00 - $179,000.00
