- Proactive in identifying, ownership to develop effective solutions to enhance controls and mitigate risk.
- Service as a point of contact for audit coordination, control assessment process, assist in the timely submission of Requests of Information (RFIs) (Internal & External audits)
- Ensure governance and oversight on business operational risks, issue tracking and escalations.
- Support the development and maintenance of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for credit operations.
- Oversee governance of credit legal documentation, liaising with internal and external legal on templates.
- Explore and develop automation opportunities for existing reports using Intelligent Automation tools like Alteryx, Python, Unqork and UiPath.

As an Analyst in the Credit Middle Office team, you will support the Controls and Oversight function, ensuring robust risk management, process integrity, and compliance across credit operations.
