What you'll do
- Run the Milling, Turning, or Mill Turn machines to produce quality Ripley Tool products
- Work on Milling, Turning or Mill Turn Machines as needed
- Inspect own work using various inspection tools such as micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and optical comparator.
- Maintain quality and production standards.
- Perform secondary operations as required.
- Read and interpret blueprints.
- Participate on continuous improvement teams and incorporate lean practices into daily activities.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
- Willing to work overtime.
- Other tasks as assigned by Supervisor.
