Cross Divisional Opportunities Coordinator – Burton-on-Trent (Open to hybrid/remote working)

This could be your opportunity to excel as a Cross Divisional Opportunities Coordinator, playing a vital role in supporting SOCOTEC’s continued success.

As SOCOTEC grows, so do our teams. We���re looking for a dedicated Coordinator to join our Quality team and wear the SOCOTEC badge with pride.

We are seeking a proactive, reliable, and flexible Coordinator to join our Quality team. In this role, you’ll need the confidence to work independently, alongside the ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team. 

The tasks you will undertake will include (but are not limited to:

- Act as the first point of coordination for complex and multi-service enquiries received across SOCOTEC (either through web enquiries / emails / portals)

- Review incoming opportunities and identify potential cross-selling and up-selling opportunities across Divisions and Business Units

- Coordinate multiple Business Units. 

- Act as a key point of contact for clients during the pre-contract stage of complex opportunities (until a specific Divisional owners is appointed). 

- Work with commercial teams to consolidate pricing, scope, assumptions, and programme information.
