Job Description

JOB SUMMARY: Under the director of the School Director or other designated leader, the School Curriculum Specialist assists with the implementation of the school curriculum as directed by the School Support Center training and development team. This position will assist with measuring the outcomes, ensure benchmarks are met, and supports teachers in delivering the curriculum.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:1. Responsible for meeting deadlines and updating curricula in a timely fashion. Must be organized and forward-thinking, supplying teachers with accurate syllabi and sufficient time to follow them. 2. Working with teachers, school directors, and subject experts, curriculum developers must build strong communication skills not only to complete their duties in a timely fashion but also to relay information clearly to everyone involved. 3. May help organize physical and digital resources for instructors and trainees and provide manuals and guidelines on how to use online training material. 4. Follow up with trainees and instructors after each course and collect feedback.
