  • Serve as a widely recognized subject-matter expert across Horizon and related End User Computing / VDI technologies, providing technical guidance and mentoring to other content developers and cross-functional teams.
  • Lead the research, planning, and architecture of technical enablement content for complex product areas, suites, or end-to-end solutions, and drive content architecture and platform/tooling improvement projects.
  • Author and publish authoritative technical guidance to TechZone and other channels, combining deep product roadmap knowledge with emerging industry trends to define new customer use cases and supporting solutions architecture.
  • Lead cross-functional, cross-geo content initiatives—setting schedules, delegating tasks, and reporting progress to senior leadership.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to product management and engineering on strategic initiatives that influence the product roadmap, informed by customer and field input, market trends, and competitive knowledge.
  • Serve as an escalation point for the most critical and complex customer and partner situations, leading others through resolution.
  • Represent Omnissa as a sought-after speaker at customer-facing presentations and industry events, and mentor others through coaching and technical training.
  • Conduct competitive analysis of industry-wide documentation practices to continuously evolve Omnissa's content styles, standards, and best practices.

What is the opportunity?

As a Principal Technical Content Developer – End User Computing, you will be responsible for leading the content strategy, architecture, and technical enablement direction for Omnissa's Horizon and broader End User Computing (EUC) product suite. You will serve as a go-to technical authority for the Product Specialist and Technical Enablement Team, publishing premier guidance on our TechZone platform (techzone.omnissa.com), mentoring peers, and driving cross-functional, cross-geo initiatives that shape how customers, partners, and internal teams adopt and succeed with Omnissa's products. Compensation: ​The typical base salary for this role is between USD $173,887 – $210,000 per year and it may be eligible for participation in a corporate bonus program. Actual compensation offer may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, skill level, or other relevant factors. In addition to competitive compensation, Omnissa offers a variety of benefits such as employee ownership, health insurance, 401k with matching contributions, disability insurance, paid-time off, growth opportunities, and more.
