  • Plan, produce, and edit video content for marketing campaigns, product promotions, customer communications, and internal training resources.
  • Manage video production from start to finish: pre-production planning, filming, editing, animation, and post-production review.

  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual style across all video assets.
  • Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies to keep VEGA’s video content modern and effective.
  • Organize and maintain a video content library for reuse and accessibility.
  • Support training and onboarding initiatives by producing instructional or demo videos as needed.
  • Work with Digital team to develop and execute content strategies across social media platforms.

The Video Content Developer creates impactful video and social media content that supports VEGA’s marketing and communication goals. This role combines creative strategy with hands-on production - planning, shooting, editing, and publishing video content - while managing VEGA’s social media presence. The position requires close collaboration with marketing, training, and leadership teams.

VIDEO CONTENT

  • Plan, produce, and edit video content for marketing campaigns, product promotions, customer communications, and internal training resources.

  • Develop creative concepts and storyboards that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

SOCIAL MEDIA

  • Work with Digital team to develop and execute content strategies across social media platforms. 
  • Write and schedule posts that increase engagement with customers and prospects. 
  • Monitor analytics to track performance and recommend content improvements. 
  • Monitor and respond to online feedback and reviews, escalating issues when appropriate. 

GENERAL MARKETING

  • Work with other team members and departments to ensure a consistent corporate image. 
  • Contribute as a general Marketing resource for projects, initiatives, and events. 
  • Provide metrics and updates on progress and success.
