Collaboration and leadership are central, as the lead coordinates efforts across multiple teams to drive successful project outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance software development processes and team productivity.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment between technical and business stakeholders.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Utilities Billing.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices for scalable solutions.
- Experience in leading software development teams and managing project delivery timelines.
- Ability to design and implement high-quality, maintainable code with a focus on performance.
- Familiarity with debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing complex software systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to provide innovative technical solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP for Utilities Billing.
- This position is based at our HDC3B - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
