In the role of Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework for bespoke software projects. The role emphasizes maintaining high standards in Teamcenter Admin practices, ensuring that solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with organizational goals. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align technical strategies with business needs is a key aspect, alongside fostering an environment that supports innovation and continuous improvement within the team.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Mentor and support team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align software architecture with evolving business requirements.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Siemens Teamcenter.
- Hands on experience in Teamcenter administration
- Hands on experience in Teamcenter Upgrade
- In-depth understanding of TC 4T architecture and distributed server management
- Strong OS knowledge of Windows/Linux environments
- Hands on experience in various integration (CAD , SAP and other downstream system)
- Hands on experience in managing various environments for Teamcenter
- Hands on experience with Teamcenter artifacts deployments
- Well versed with one of the cloud infrastructure (Azure / AWS)
- Troubleshoot and manage distributed server architecture and federated TC implementations
- Analyze performance issues and optimize TC application
- Experience with Devops pipeline would be an added advantage.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Siemens Teamcenter.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
