As the first point of contact, you will bring warmth, empathy, and professionalism to every interaction while providing high-quality reception and administrative support in a respectful and sensitive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist visitors with professionalism and care
• Manage incoming phone calls and email enquiries
• Provide reception and administrative support
• Deliver exceptional customer service with empathy and understanding
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Support day-to-day office operations
• Ensure a welcoming and professional front-of-house experience

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience in reception, customer service, or administration
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine ability to connect with people and provide support with empathy
• A professional, calm, and respectful approach
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confidence managing multiple tasks and competing priorities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general administrative systems
