Job Title: Customer Experience Specialist
Employment Type: 6 months FTC with a view to permanent
Location: Cork City
Salary Range: 28-32k
About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our clients team. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for our customers, helping answer inquiries, resolve day-to-day issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Respond to inbound customer inquiries promptly via phone, email, or live chat.
- Problem Solving: Identify customer needs, troubleshoot basic issues, and provide accurate, practical solutions.
- Account Management: Assist customers with order status, returns, account setups, and general service questions.
- Record Keeping: Log all customer interactions, notes, and resolution steps accurately in the CRM database.
- Escalations: Route complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams or supervisors.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a solid understanding of company products, services, and policies to assist customers effectively.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in customer service
- Administration: Previous administration or office support experience
