Join Finning as a Customer Fleet Coordinator!You will be responsible for the proactive planning of preventive maintenance service to our contract customers from start to finish. This includes machine hour use monitoring, MCO set up, opening work requests, validating parts lists, requesting parts, notifying Customer Fleet Advisors and branch Service Planners, closing work orders and invoicing MCO lines.

Experience with Infor M3, Salesforce, and CAT applications
Understanding of all policies related to the service department

Accountability:
Ensure WOs are opened and closed in a timely manner.
Ensure identification of aging WO’s and action appropriately.
Maintain accurate contract information in Salesforce programs
Specific KPIs include PM Accuracy and Last Labor to Invoice (LLTI)
Education & Experience:
Grade 12 education at a minimum
Post-secondary education in a related discipline considered an asset
Previous office or administrative experience considered an asset.
