Customer Service Engineer

Qualification: Engineering graduate or diploma holder with relevant experience
Experience : The Engr. should have three to ten years experience in high end Sophisticated Analytical Instrumentation, Control
Instrumentation or related Field.
Desirables :
1. Technically good in Electronics and Software
2. practical fault finding in the robo lab
3. Good verbal and written communication skills.
4. A positive attitude and customer centricity
Job Description:
1. Installation and Calibration of systems
2. Provide corrective and preventive maintenance as per norms.
3. Manage SLAs
4. Maintain high uptime as per commitments to customers in their Contracts.
5. Ensure collection of account receivables.
6. Provide highest level of customer satisfaction.
7. Maintain a high uptime of systems and meet SLA by swift and effective service.
8. Achieve a high level of Customer Satisfaction for the project.
