Triple Zero (000) Operator - Customer Service - NIGHTSHIFT (8:00PM commencement (5-8 hour shift lengths) across 7 days (minimum 3-4 days per week - have the freedom to choose what dayWe are recruiting a number of exciting roles as a customer service triple zero operator.In this role you will be responsible for answering calls from the general public in times of need.You will be required to obtain crucial details and connect them to the emergency service required as quickly as possible. This is a fantastic role for those who have a passion for helping people, believe they have the ability to actively listen in a fast paced environment, and are looking for a role to help keep them engaged and focused on providing outstanding customer outcomes.
Important information:
- Role: Answering emergency (000) calls and connecting callers to Police, Fire, or Ambulance quickly and accurately.
- Location: Adelaide CBD (Newly renovated office, close to public transport).
- Schedule: Fixed 4-day roster (Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday & Sunday, 5:00am-8:00am starts with 5-8hr shift lengths) with potential extra shifts.
- Employment Type: Casual contract with high potential for extensions.
- Predictable Schedule: Fixed days/times make it easy to plan life outside of work.
- Frequent Breaks: A 10–15 minute break every 70 minutes to help you reset.
- Career Growth: Full training provided with opportunities to advance.
