About the Role

PHS Besafe has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Support Coordinator to join our team in Tipton on a fixed term contract.

In this customer-focused role, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional service experience across our Besafe customer base, supporting the effective management of contracts and ensuring customer queries are resolved efficiently. Acting as a key link between our customers, Sales and Operations teams, you will help build strong customer relationships, enhance service delivery, and support business retention.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive individual who enjoys problem-solving, building relationships, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
