What you'll do

  • Execute CyberArk engineering activities in support of privileged access management (PAM) within Controlled Data Environments.
  • Configure and support CyberArk Vault, Central Policy Manager (CPM), Privileged Session Manager (PSM), plugins, and password rotation policies.
  • Onboard privileged accounts and service accounts, enforce credential lifecycle controls, and manage session recording and monitoring.
  • Troubleshoot platform issues, connector errors, session anomalies, and related PAM integration problems.
  • Maintain audit logs, compliance documentation, and access controls in alignment with security and regulatory requirements.
  • Support integration with identity, authentication, and enterprise security platforms to enable secure privileged access workflows.
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and application teams to implement and sustain PAM solutions.
  • Provide technical support, operational readiness, and continuous improvement for CyberArk platform performance and controls.

  • US Citizenship is contractually required.

The annual salary range for this position is $113,000.00-$188,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
