What you'll do
- Data Analysis between data sets to recognize differences and validation.
- Support for Power BI Models to enable KPI tracking.
- Work closely with various cross functional partners to facilitate the issuance of Purchase Orders and Purchase Order Changes.
- Liaison between Senior Cost Managers and Finance to report accruals and prepaid invoices.
- Create and maintain cash flow dashboards.
- Compile and maintain data for project buyout analytics.
- Maintain weekly updates for minor project budgets.
- Compile and maintain market data on construction material costs for use in buyout evaluations.

Job Description

- Strong and proven capability using excel to analyze large data sets.
