Job Description:

As a Data Analytics, Data Science & AI Manager, you will lead the strategic transformation of complex operational data into cutting-edge AI and advanced analytics solutions. Operating at the intersection of supply chain execution, predictive engineering, and machine learning, you will drive the design and deployment of end-to-end data products, automated workflows, and enterprise AI models across the Procurement Operations Cabin Supply Chain and Quality environment. Bridging the gap between modern IT infrastructure and core business operations, you will serve as a key technical leader—fostering an AI-first, data-driven culture to optimize end-to-end performance and business excellence.

Your location

You will be working at the largest production site for civil aircraft situated in Hamburg. Its location on the southern banks of the river Elbe includes the option to commute by ferry. Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Data Architecture, Pipeline & Data Engineering Leadership: Ensure robust data governance, pipeline efficiency, and data quality standards across all analytics products

  • Analytics Delivery, Stakeholder Management & Visualization: Serve as the primary technical interface and thought partner between operational business units, executive stakeholders, and the broader IT/Data engineering ecosystem

  • Process Engineering & Operational Impact: Identify high-impact opportunities where advanced analytics, natural language processing, and computer vision/ML can drive process efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement
