- Shape the strategic and technical direction of the group in close collaboration with stakeholders, production, project teams, and the SMT roadmap, enabling your team to achieve sustainable success
- Identify the competencies and resources required by the group, ensure they are developed or made available as needed, and contribute your own technical and methodological expertise to key projects
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality development results, including appropriate documentation, technical reviews, and reporting

As Head of Data Analytics & Data Processes (m/f/x), you will lead a team of highly qualified professionals responsible for driving the implementation of our data strategy across both R&D and manufacturing.
