Full description from employer

Join Amazon's Builder Experience Team (BeXT) as a Data Center HR Partner and make every day better for the Builders who power AWS. This is a 100% on-site role where you'll be embedded in the Data Centers you support, serving as the voice of Builders and the strategic HR partner to site leadership. You'll work across a cluster of Data Centers, visiting sites daily to ensure every Builder feels valued, engaged, and supported.

What we are looking for:
• Adaptability. Manage multiple scenarios utilizing HR expertise, consulting skills, and influence.
• High Judgement. Exercise sound judgment in ambiguous situations. Serve as first point of escalation for Builder concerns.
• Strategic Thinking. Connect sentiment trends and HR data to bigger picture operational goals and translate them into clear recommendations that drive leadership action.
• Influencing. Influence multiple levels of the organization, from builders to senior site leaders, without direct authority.
• Coaching. Develop site leadership in the flow of work.

This is a 100% Onsite role and requires the ability to travel to assigned Data Center sites within an operational cluster (estimated 25% travel).
• Data Center environments are 24/7 operational facilities; flexibility to support off-shift populations and respond to time-sensitive people matters is expected.
• This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports; leadership is demonstrated through influence, mentorship, and cross-functional partnership.
