Purpose of your role 

The data engineer contributes to delivery of high quality data, including ingestion, maintenance, optimizations and solutions to support the data operations in OFX. Working across AWS and GCP, you will also be exposed to data ingestion, transformation, and warehousing. Working in an agile environment, you will implement solutions to appropriate standards and accepted best practices, working with guidance from senior engineers. On a day-to-day basis the data engineer is actively participating in the agile processes of the organization, positively contributing to discussions and team dynamics. The data engineer assists with developing appropriate testing and monitoring, as well as providing handover and technical escalation support.

What you do 

Your role will perform a range of data engineering tasks as part of a cross-functional data and insights team. Day to day you will:
