  • Participate in incident and accident investigations, including root cause analysis and corrective action development.
  • Prepare and support internal and external audits, compliance reviews, reports, and certification activities.
  • Engage with contractors, suppliers, and general contractors to drive safety performance and continuous improvement.
  • Support the implementation of safe systems of work and ensure emergency response procedures remain current and effective.
  • Travel to operational sites as needed to support Health & Safety initiatives, audits, inspections, and stakeholder engagement.

Position Title: Sr Health & Safety Manager

 

Location: Remote (Virginia)

 

Your Role

As a Senior Health & Safety Manager, you will help drive a positive safety culture across the organization by supporting the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of health and safety programs, policies, and compliance initiatives. Working closely with operational teams, contractors, and international stakeholders, you will help ensure the highest standards of health and safety across data center operations, support risk management activities, maintain key certifications, and contribute to incident prevention and continuous improvement efforts.

 

What You'll Do

What You'll Need

Qualifications

Our Compensation Philosophy

Digital Realty offers its employees a highly competitive compensation package, excellent benefits, and an environment that recognizes and rewards your contributions. Our published pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and geographical location. Individual pay is based on additional factors including but not limited to job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training. Moreover, an employee’s total compensation package varies by role and may include salary, cash bonus or commissions, and equity awards not quantified below.

 

Compensation range: $132,000 – 179,700 annually. This compensation range represents the Company’s good faith belief as to what it will pay as a base salary for this position at the time of this posting.
