What you'll do

  • Oversight all aspects of day-to-day 4PL operation including warehouse, distribution and Customer service, ensure 4PL and suppliers are delivering contractual obligations in term of operation metrics, cost, service, quality and safety target.
  • Manage the daily operation and performance for import and export shipment through custom broker and inbound/export transportation supplier.
  • Support for JNJ SAP transaction, order processing, financial closing process, inventory management and reconciliation, invoice and payment process as well as required report.
  • Drive the 4PL performance excellence through regularly 4PL performance review, identify continuous improvement opportunity levering JJOS/Best practice sharing/regional strategic initiatives.
  • Work closely with the Quality, EHS and Compliance team to ensure target setting and achieving. Fully support any internal/external audit and close all findings with address the effectively CAPA in timely manner by internal/external party.
  • Support NPI launch excellence through Deliver process, system and capability readiness.
  • Collaborate with procurement team for tendering process, manage the 4PL daily operation cost and continuously drive the efficiency through CIP projects.
  • Lead for any deliver operation related Issue management for 4PL supplier, ensure to meet the external customer and commercial / JSC requirements.
  • Support regional lead and cross function stakeholder for regional strategic initiatives and program implementation.
  • Responsible for SMIP Deliver team management, develop a high performance team with inclusive culture through talent hiring, developing, performance appraising and retention.

  • Experience in supply relationship, negotiation and management. Proven ability to develop strong relationship with stakeholders and influence them for critical decision.
  • Strong Deliver operation experience, excellence problem solving skill to manage on ground transaction and PM skill to lead and deliver the strategic/ cost saving projects.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in written and oral communications, strong communication skill

Overall purpose of job:

The role is responsible for the overall operations management of SMIP (SG/MY/ID/PH) markets, which includes warehouse and distribution, customer service, inventory management and inbound shipment. Ownership of managing all supply chain Warehouse and Distribution operational activity and standard operating procedures, critical milestones, key performance measures, end deliverables, and Custom Broker relationship and performance.
