What you'll do
- Day to day responsibility for Clients Corporate Accounting & Reporting function for companies and SPCs, mainly incorporated in Cayman.
- Overseeing the activities, outputs and processes including all relevant financial statements.
- Act as the system owner/sponsor for the company’s accounting and reporting system.
- Prepare and perform the review of financial data and preparation of financial statements and reports for both internal and external purposes.
- Perform accounting and reporting problem resolution consistent with strategic objectives of Company and in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, applicable regulations, and company policies and procedures.
- Prepare various financial reports as required from time to time.
- Providing support to other departments and managers in the matters of Finance and payments.
- Deal with internal and external auditors and supply relevant information.
- Work closely with the members of the service provider team on Finance related matters to ensure smooth coordination in day-to-day functioning and achievement of role objectives.
- Ensure high standards of confidentiality and ethics to safeguard commercially sensitive information.
- Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory and internal compliance requirements including, but not limited to, Group Compliance Policies and Procedures (AML & CTF, Sanctions Policy, Data Protection Policy, Fraud Control Policy, Whistle Blowing Policy, Conflict of Interest and Insider Dealing Policy).
