Delivery Manager_Accounting _Financial Reporting / Onsite

·         Ensure systematic good outcomes for clients in accordance with Conduct Risk policy.

·         Maintain appropriate knowledge to ensure full qualification to undertake the role.

·         - Maintain high professional standards to uphold clients reputation and to strengthen its market leadership position.

·         Maintaining the general ledger across proprietary funds and discretionary client mandates

·         Preparing period-end trial balances, income statements, and fund balance sheets

·         Managing expense accrual cycle including management fees, performance fees, custody, administration, and audit costs.

·         Deep understanding in how money moves through a fund, from investor subscriptions and redemptions through to income recognition, fee accruals, and financial statement preparation.

·         At least one institutional fund accounting or portfolio management platform.\

·         Act as the system owner/sponsor for the company’s accounting and reporting system.

·         - Prepare and perform the review of financial data and preparation of financial statements and reports for both internal and external purposes and do accounting and reporting problem resolution consistent with strategic objectives of Company and in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, applicable regulations, and company policies and procedures.

·       Prepare various financial reports as required from time to time.

·       Providing support to other departments and managers in the matters of Finance and payments.

·       Deal with internal and external auditors and supply relevant information.

·       Work closely with the members of the service provider team on Finance related matters to ensure smooth coordination in day-to-day functioning and achievement of role objectives.

·       Ensure high standards of confidentiality and ethics to safeguard commercially sensitive information.

·       Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory and internal compliance requirements including, but not limited to, Group Compliance Policies and Procedures (AML & CTF, Sanctions Policy, Data Protection Policy, Fraud Control Policy, Whistle Blowing Policy, Conflict of Interest and Insider Dealing Policy).
