The Field Support professional supports Dell Mission Operations by providing the hands-on installation, sustainment, troubleshooting, and field execution needed to keep mission systems operational. This role is responsible for deployment support, break-fix work, hardware handling, ticket resolution, and direct coordination with engineering and operations teams.
