You will work across master planning, development design and town planning, collaborating with more than 50 developer partners on residential projects throughout metropolitan and regional Victoria.

About the Role

Working closely with our Land Development and Acquisitions teams, you will produce accurate master planning, development design and town planning documentation for projects across Victoria.

You will collaborate with developer partners, consultants, engineers, suppliers and internal teams to develop practical design solutions that meet project requirements and comply with Victorian planning and building regulations.

This role would suit an experienced Draftsperson who enjoys variety, complex problem-solving and being involved in the early stages of residential development.
