We are seeking an experienced Engineering Draftsperson to join us for a 1-year Fixed Term Contract.

Job Description

  • Produce, revise and maintain high-quality 2D engineering drawings using AutoCAD and raster editing tools.

  • Support document control activities and maintain accurate drawing records within Lunr.
  • Provide progress updates and raise issues that may affect priorities or completion.

About You

You will be an experienced Draftsperson who is comfortable working across multiple engineering disciplines in a complex brownfield industrial environment.

You will have strong technical drafting skills, sound attention to detail and the confidence to identify and clarify incomplete or inconsistent information. You will also be comfortable working on site and engaging directly with engineers, technicians, Operations, Maintenance and project personnel.

You Will Bring

  • At least five years of multi-disciplinary engineering drafting experience ideally in refining, petrochemical, oil and gas or another heavy industrial environment.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and AutoCAD Raster Design, or equivalent raster editing software.
  • Experience updating drawings from redline mark-ups and verified field information.
  • Experience with electrical and instrumentation drawings, with P&ID experience highly regarded.
  • Experience working in brownfield and hazardous-area facilities.
  • Knowledge of engineering drawing standards, revision control and as-building processes.
