［業務内容］Key Responsibilities

• 評価解析（半導体デバイスの基礎知識）

• インラインデータ＆歩留まりの確認/まとめ/会議報告

• テストデータから不良個所考察(電気解析)

• テスト関連

• Evaluation analysis (basic knowledge of semiconductor devices)

• Confirmation/summary of inline data & yield / meeting reports

• Consideration of defect areas from test data (electrical analysis)

• Testing-related

※経験年数：1年程度

• 半導体デバイス開発業務の経験

• 半導体デバイス(CMOS)に関する基礎知識を有している

• データ解析や報告書の作成ができる

• コミュニケーション力、チームで協力する

• Excel: 中級レベル以上

• その他: PC操作スキル（中級レベル）

※Required years of experience – 1 year

• Experience in semiconductor device development

• Possess basic knowledge of semiconductor devices (CMOS)

• Ability to analyze data and create reports

• Communication skills and teamwork

• Excel: Intermediate level or higher

• Other: PC Operation Skills (Intermediate Level)

• デバイスエンジニアとしての経験、もしくは歩留まり改善エンジニアとしての業務経験

• 半導体デバイス測定、テスト、プローバー使用経験

• 確率統計に関する基礎知識

• プログラミングスキル

• 半導体測定機の操作ができる

• Experience as a device engineer or as a yield improvement engineer

• Experience in semiconductor device measurement, testing, and prober usage

• Basic knowledge of probability statistics

• Programming skills

• Able to operate semiconductor measuring machines
