• プロセス評価

• インテグレーション評価

• 評価ウエハ流動､ MES の操作 ・プロセス評価結果、測定結果まとめ、解析まとめ

（膜厚、CD-SEM、TEM等）

• 測定、解析依頼書作成

• 測定Dataのトレンド確認、工程管理

• 資料作成､議事録作成

• Process evaluation

• Integration evaluation

• Evaluating wafer flow and MES operations

• Process evaluation results, measurement result summary, analysis summary (film thickness, CD-SEM, TEM, etc.)

• Creation of measurement and analysis request forms

• Trend confirmation of measurement data and process management

• Preparing materials and minutes

※経験年数 : 1 年程度

• 製造業での経験、もしくは業務サポート経験

• PCスキルのある方（Excel：SUM関数・IF関数程度）

• 積極性があり、周りの方との円滑なコミュニケーションが取れる方

• コミュニケーション力、チームで協力する

• 新しいことに柔軟に取り組める

• Excel: 中級レベル以上

• その他: PC操作スキル（中級レベル）

• Required years of experience – 1 year

• Experience in manufacturing or business support

• PC skills (Excel: about SUM and IF functions)

• Proactive and able to communicate smoothly with those around you

• Communication skills and teamwork

• Flexible approach to new things

• Excel: Intermediate level or higher

• Other: PC Operation Skills (Intermediate Level)

• MESを使ったウェハ試作の経験、製造ラインでの製造管理、工程改善、品質管理の経験

• Experience in semiconductor processes, integration, and equipment startup

• Experience in wafer prototyping using MES, manufacturing management, process improvement, and quality control on the production line

• Basic knowledge of semiconductor processes
