  • 3+ years' experience in digital or performance marketing, ideally within a media company or agency.
  • Experience using advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Google Ad Manager (DFP), DV360 (DBM), Campaign Manager (DCM) and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce.
  • Understanding of ad serving, campaign trafficking, media buying and the digital advertising ecosystem.
  • Experience setting up, managing and optimising digital advertising campaigns.
  • Knowledge of tag management systems and troubleshooting ad creatives.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, ad tags and digital advertising code.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, reporting and data analysis.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace tools (Gmail, Docs and Sheets).
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Digital Media, Marketing, IT, Data Science or a related field.

Nice to have

  • Experience with programmatic advertising, analytics tools or data management platforms is highly regarded.
  • Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint or Google Ad Manager certifications are highly desirable.

Job Summary

This role supports Domain's Customer Media team in the execution, optimisation and measurement of digital performance campaigns for key clients across Domain-owned and partner platforms. You will be someone who loves a varied role - your day may begin with launching a new campaign, attending customer meetings and ending with reporting and optimisation across your portfolio.
