The Digital Product Specialist is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and improving the performance of Digital Payments products and customer journeys. The role leverages data, customer insights, market intelligence, and business performance metrics to identify growth opportunities, optimize conversion, improve transaction outcomes, and support strategic product decisions. 

The position partners with Product, Analytics, Operations, Technology, Marketing, and external partners to drive sustainable growth, customer adoption, and continuous improvement across Digital Payments products and services. 

What You’ll Do:

Product Performance Management 

• Monitor and analyze Digital Payments KPIs, including transaction volume, success rate, conversion rate, adoption, and customer engagement. 

• Develop actionable insights and recommendations to improve product and business performance. 

• Build dashboards, reporting frameworks, and performance reviews to support decision-making. 

• Perform post-launch analysis and measure the impact of product enhancements and initiatives. 

Customer Journey & Conversion Optimization 

• Analyze end-to-end payment journeys to identify friction points, drop-offs, and improvement opportunities. 

• Partner with Product and Technology teams to improve customer experience and transaction performance. 

• Support initiatives that increase payment completion rates, customer adoption, and retention. 

• Track customer behavior and performance trends across Digital Payments use cases.  

Market Intelligence & Product Insights 

• Conduct competitor benchmarking and market analysis of digital payments products and features. 

• Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and emerging payment technologies. 

• Identify opportunities for new product capabilities, enhancements, and partnerships. 

• Support business case development and product prioritization activities.  

Growth & Continuous Improvement 

• Identify growth opportunities through data analysis and customer insights. 

• Recommend process improvements, automation opportunities, and product enhancements. 

• Support experimentation, pilot initiatives, and performance optimization efforts. 

• Contribute to Digital Payments strategy and roadmap discussions 

What you need to have: 

• Product analytics and performance management  

• Data analysis and visualization  

• Advanced Excel and dashboard creation  

• SQL and data querying  

• Business case development  

• Customer journey analysis  

• Root cause and funnel analysis  

• Storytelling with data 

What can set you apart: 

• Experience in Digital Payments, FinTech, Banking, E-Commerce, or Financial Services. 

• Experience with conversion funnel optimization, and product performance management. 

• Proficiency in analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio) and SQL. 

• Experience in Agile environments, competitor benchmarking, and data-driven product improvement initiatives.
