  • Partner closely with Analytics teams to define success metrics, measure outcomes, evaluate return on investment, and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Technology, Digital, and Implementation teams to ensure successful onboarding, integration, and scaling of partner solutions.
  • Partner with Go-to-Market, Sales, Marketing, and Customer teams to support solution positioning, commercialization, pipeline management, and client engagement activities.

Role Summary

Cigna Healthcare (CHC) is seeking a strategic, results-oriented leader to serve as Director, Integrated Partnerships within the Core Medical Clinical Product organization. This role will be responsible for the strategy, development, implementation, and ongoing management of a portfolio of external clinical vendor partnerships focused on enhancing our suite of products, improving health outcomes, and reducing avoidable high-cost medical spend for Cigna Medical clients.

This role will drive and own the strategy and product management for CHC’s integrated clinical partnership portfolio, including oversight of Cigna’s Digital Health Formulary (DHF) and a growing set of partner-delivered solutions across key healthcare categories and other emerging clinical and specialty care domains. This leader will be responsible for managing existing partnerships, identifying and evaluating new partnership and programming opportunities, developing business cases and investment recommendations, supporting contracting and implementation activities, and ensuring partnerships deliver measurable value and strategic alignment over time.

Working across a highly matrixed environment, this role will partner closely with Analytics, Clinical Program Development, Evernorth, Procurement, Legal, Finance, Operations, Go-to-Market, Digital, Technology, and Implementation teams to ensure partnerships are effectively integrated, operationalized, and delivering expected outcomes. The Director will lead a team of product professionals responsible for ongoing vendor management, portfolio strategy, performance governance, and strategic initiatives. A key focus of the role will be maintaining strong partner relationships while holding vendors accountable through disciplined performance management, including regular executive governance and quarterly business reviews.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 161,900 - 269,800 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus and long term incentive plan.
