Why we're hiring:

The Director of Operations & Account Management (US) owns campaign execution, client retention, and account growth for the US market. This hybrid role requires an expert-level, "hands-on-keyboard" programmatic practitioner who can seamlessly bridge the gap between technical operations and client-facing strategy.
You will lead end-to-end campaign lifecycles—from audience creation to performance optimization—while actively identifying commercial opportunities to scale existing client accounts. This role is directly tied to revenue retention and growth goals.

What you'll be doing:
