What you'll do
- Lead multi-community operations, ensuring quality care, service and compliance
- Recruit, develop and manage Executive Directors and leadership teams
- Drive occupancy growth, revenue strategy and market positioning
- Oversee P&L performance, budgeting, labor and financial outcomes
