About Eye Security

Eye Security is providing cybersecurity with embedded cyber insurance solutions for organizations in Europe. Headquartered in the Netherlands, we are already over 170 FTEs and continue to grow internationally.

We combine cutting-edge technology with hands-on expertise to detect, respond to, and recover from cyber threats in real time. Our team brings together talent from intelligence, military, tech, and consulting backgrounds, all united by a shared mission: to make enterprise-grade cybersecurity accessible to every business, not just the big players.

At Eye, you will work on projects with an international footprint, solving real-world challenges and helping to build a safer digital future for our clients.

About this role

We are seeking an experienced Director of Revenue Operations to own and scale a critical function across Europe. While systems exist, there is no dedicated leader. You will drive end-to-end revenue infrastructure and reporting directly to the CBO. You'll have budget flexibility for tools and resources, and the autonomy to shape how the function evolves.

What you will do

  • Map our growth strategy. Design segmentation by customer size and vertical, and define territory models for BENELUX, DACH, and new markets.

  • Plan for scale. Lead quarterly planning cycles: set regional quotas, define sales capacity targets, and align capacity models to pipeline and ARR goals.

  • Own one source of truth. Establish consistent revenue data definitions, build forecasting models, and create reporting cadence for Sales and Channel teams.

  • Build the operating system. Optimize our GTM technology, design end-to-end revenue processes, and govern AI tools with proper GDPR compliance and partner attribution.

  • Enable the teams. Create onboarding and training programs for Sales, Channel, and CS using AI-powered insights to sharpen skills and execution.

  • Drive decisions with data. Analyze customer cohorts, win/loss patterns, and sales cycles to uncover expansion opportunities and retention strategies.

What you will need

  • 8+ years in B2B SaaS, with 3+ years building Revenue Operations or Sales Operations functions at Manager or Director level.

  • Multi-region GTM architect. You've run go-to-market strategies across EMEA or globally, and you've cracked at least one partner model (VAR, MSP, or similar).

  • Systems builder. You're fluent in CRM platforms, revenue analytics, and forecasting and you translate complex strategy into frameworks your teams execute.

  • Data-driven decision maker. You move fast, lead with numbers, and aren't afraid to challenge the room when the data doesn't support the consensus.

  • Bonus points: Cybersecurity or regulated industry experience. GDPR and EU data residency expertise. Track record building RevOps teams from early-stage to enterprise.

  • Language skills: English fluency required; Dutch or German is a plus.

What we offer

  • You will become part of one of the fastest growing cybersecurity scale-ups in Europe.

  • You will evolve alongside the industry - as a rapidly growing scale-up, we provide an environment where your professional development is driven by the dynamic nature of our work and the complexity of the problems we solve.

  • You will enjoy a flexible work setup that supports our distributed team in Europe.

  • An attractive remuneration package and “floating holidays” for additional time off.

  • Choose your own device: MacBook or Windows Laptop.

  • Strong support for your personal and professional development.

  • Regular company-wide get-togethers, giving you the opportunity to collaborate in person and build strong team connections.
