Baystate Health is seeking an experienced Director Patient Care Services to provide strategic and operational leadership within our Patient Care Services division at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield, Massachusetts. This leadership role is responsible for the administration, support, and advancement of clinical and service programs across assigned departments, ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care while fostering a culture of quality, safety, collaboration, and innovation.

Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) and Vice President of Patient Care Services, the Director partners closely with physician and operational leaders to guide strategic planning, program development, operations, financial stewardship, and human resource management. This role offers an opportunity to influence organizational outcomes, lead high-performing teams, and drive initiatives that improve patient care and operational excellence across the health system.

The Director Patient Care Services Will:

Note: The compensation range(s) in the table below represent the base salaries for all positions at a given grade across the health system. Typically, a new hire can expect a starting salary somewhere in the lower part of the range. Actual salaries may vary by position and will be determined based on the candidate's relevant experience. No employee will be paid below the minimum of the range. Pay ranges are listed as hourly for non-exempt employees and based on assumed full time commitment for exempt employees.

$158,371.00 - $182,041.00 - $215,342.00
