The Consumer Acquisition & Engagement team is a key differentiator for Mastercard, providing the cutting-edge services that help our customers grow.

Mastercard is looking for a Director, Product Management, Enterprise Loyalty to drive growth of global Consumer Acquisition & Engagement (CA&E) consulting. In CA&E, we help clients build stronger and more profitable relationships with their customers through our combination of data, technology platforms, marketing capabilities, and expertise. Consulting plays a critical role in delivering outcomes for our clients through our trusted advisory that additionally draws in the right solutions from CA&E to solve our clients’ needs.

The Director, Product Management, Enterprise Loyalty Consulting will help shape the Enterprise Loyalty consulting vision. You will partner closely across Product, Marketing, Sales, Delivery, regional teams and external partners to build joint solutions, clear product narratives, strengthen go-to-market execution and ensure we deliver measurable value for clients, consumers and Mastercard.

The range below reflects the full pay band for this position. The actual pay range for this role will be $150,000 - $200,000.
