Position Summary
The Director of Talent Acquisition is responsible for leading the organization's talent acquisition strategy, executive recruitment, employer branding, recruiting technology, and talent acquisition operations. This role partners closely with business and HR leaders to develop scalable hiring strategies that support organizational growth, strengthen the employer brand, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. The Director will lead a team of Talent Acquisition professionals while driving innovation, process improvement, and data-driven decision-making across the function.

Benefits:
Regular Full-Time

Temporary or Part-Time
In geographic areas with statutory paid sick leave, part-time and temporary employees will receive a paid sick leave benefit that meets the mandated requirements.
Pay:
We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $204,020.00 - $316,230.00 USD annually for full time employees.
