  • Collaborate with hiring partners to understand their business strategy and identify specific skills needed for critical roles
  • Ensure the staffing needs of the company are being met, with a long-term talent strategy in mind while adapting recruiting strategies and priorities based on evolving business needs

  • Maintain accurate entry, integrity, and confidentiality of data for each candidate
  • Maintain professional communications and high level of confidentiality at all times with candidates

Job Description Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Partner will successfully support SOLV Energy’s planning and staffing needs by proactively sourcing and building a diverse pipeline of talented renewable industry professionals while providing an ideal experience to candidates and hiring partners.

This role is hybrid, with regular in-office presence in San Diego, CA. Specific location details and expectations will be discussed during the interview process.

Position Responsibilities and Duties:
