What the Role Involves

As the eCommerce Amazon Marketplace Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving online sales growth and maximising revenue, with a primary focus on scaling and optimising our marketplace channels, particularly Amazon, alongside eBay and our direct-to-consumer Shopify Plus platform.

This role demands deep, hands-on expertise in Amazon marketplace management, including listing optimisation, catalogue management, Buy Box performance, Amazon Advertising (PPC), ratings and reviews management, pricing strategy, inventory planning and Amazon FBA operations. You will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, executing trading strategies and delivering measurable revenue improvements across all online sales channels.

Alongside marketplace growth, you will support the ongoing optimisation of our Shopify Plus platform, leveraging customer insights, digital marketing best practice and performance data to drive conversion, retention and customer experience improvements.

We are looking for an action-oriented, commercially focused e-commerce professional who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and has a proven track record of growing online sales through marketplace platforms.

This role is based at our Headquarters in Swindon, Wiltshire. Following an initial training period, the position will move to a hybrid working arrangement with a minimum of three days per week in the office.
