- Manage power distribution from medium-voltage and 480V substations to motor control centers and associated loads.
- Apply root-cause and failure-analysis methodologies to identify and eliminate recurring equipment issues.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance procedures, plan and support equipment outages, downturn repairs, and asset replacements.
- Support improvements in spare parts management, including repair processes, inventory control, and cost optimization.
- Collaborate with operations to ensure alignment with equipment standards, operating procedures, and reliability expectations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Cleveland-Cliffs, Middletown Works has an immediate opportunity for an Electrical Engineer at our Middletown, OH plant. In this role, you will provide critical technical support to our maintenance teams, focusing on safe and reliable electrical work practices, advanced troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of equipment performance. This position plays a key part in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our steelmaking operations.
