- Familiarity with power distribution, control systems, commissioning processes, and ideally EV charging systems including DC fast charging, OCPP, basic IP networking, and service diagnostics.

Your new company
Our client is a contractor that specialises in EV infrastructure, utilities (Power/Telecoms) and civil engineering. Their experienced team offers a comprehensive, in-house service from initial conception through to design, feasibility, planning & construction, as well as managing an after-care service with our clients.
They are now seeking to recruit an electrical field service maintenance engineer who will be based in the Northwest region. Within their EV business, their portfolio of works ranges from 22kW installations to Ultra rapid 350kW charge points as well as Substation Builds to service EV Hubs.
The role will involve electrical maintenance, fault-finding, commissioning, and service support across electrical systems and infrastructure, specifically working on EV infrastructure projects. As a result, having some EV charging experience is considered an advantage.
