Key Responsibilities Supervise electrical maintenance activities for cranes and lifting equipment. Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance. Diagnose electrical faults and ensure timely repairs. Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and procedures. Coordinate maintenance schedules with operations teams. Maintain maintenance records and equipment documentation. Guide and supervise technicians during maintenance activities. Ensure maximum equipment uptime and operational efficiency. Required Skills Electrical Maintenance – Industrial electrical troubleshooting and repair. Crane Maintenance – Experience with crane electrical systems. Lifting Equipment Maintenance – Inspection and maintenance knowledge. Preventive Maintenance – Planning and execution of PM schedules. Safety Compliance – Knowledge of industrial electrical safety standards. Preferred Skills PLC troubleshooting GCC/Kuwait maintenance experience Team leadership and reporting Work Experience Requirements Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in electrical maintenance, specifically involving cranes and lifting equipment. Experience in industrial plants, construction, or heavy engineering environments is preferred.
