What you'll do
- Plans, schedules and coordinates the daily assignments of the electrical shop under the direction of the Facilities Manager.
- Maintains, troubleshoots and installs electrical equipment according to code.
- Schedules, coordinates and performs preventative maintenance on all electrical systems including fire alarm and fire suppression systems.
- Coordinates and responds to emergency situations.
- Coordinates and performs the installation and construction of new and existing electrical, fire alarm and fire suppression systems.
- Coordinates and performs repair of electrical systems including fire alarm and fire suppression systems.

- Electrician's license, or journey level electrician, or completion of electrician's apprenticeship program and five (5) years experience as an electrician required.

GENERAL OVERVIEW

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Schedules, coordinates and performs preventative maintenance on all electrical systems including fire alarm and fire suppression systems. (25%)

QUALIFICATIONS
