A Day in the Life

You are the heartbeat of Medtronic EMEA Controllership organization. The support activities you’ll provide to its directors are instrumental in keeping the organization running smoothly. As the first point of contact for the department, you will connect with all its stakeholders: ranging from internal Medtronic employees to various external customers and vendors. Needless to say, it is important that you get energized from human interactions and enjoy building up a broad business network. Well-developed communication skills and a pragmatic problem-solving mindset are equally important traits to be successful this position.

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
